The staff at Breadroot Natural Foods Cooperative takes great pride in making sure products are of the highest quality available. We want you to be pleased with all of your purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please bring the item and relevant receipt to the cash register.
Restrictions
Non-perishable returns: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the return item and the original receipt.
Perishable returns: Returns for perishable items, including dairy, frozen, or produce will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Exceptions: Bulk, wellness, and clearance items are not refundable.
Once an item has been opened, we will not accept the return, unless the product was expired or damaged.
Active member-owners do not need a receipt for a return, since their recent purchases can be looked up on our system.
Breadroot reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
